A personalised 12-week online nutrition program designed for individuals experiencing ongoing gut symptoms, IBS, bloating, food sensitivities, digestive discomfort, and mild inflammatory symptoms.

This program is ideal for those who need more than basic nutrition advice, but may not require the intensive clinical support and functional testing focus of the 16-week Gut–Inflammation Stabilisation Program.

Over 12 weeks, we work together to identify patterns contributing to symptoms, improve digestive resilience, support sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits, and create more clarity and confidence around food and wellbeing.

Optional functional testing may also be recommended where clinically appropriate to help guide your approach more effectively.

This package includes regular one-on-one support, personalised guidance, and space to gradually implement changes in a realistic and manageable way - helping you feel more supported, informed, and confident in caring for your health long term.

  • 20-minute Strategy Session Online Call

    A complimentary discovery call to learn more about your goals and ensure the program is the right fit for your needs.

  • Comprehensive 90 Minute Initial Consultation

    We’ll explore your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals in detail. You’ll walk away with a tailored action plan designed to support your individual needs.

  • Four x 30-Minute Follow-Up Consultations (fortnightly)

    These regular check-ins keep you accountable and allow us to fine-tune your plan, troubleshoot any challenges, and build on your progress with evidence-based nutrition and wellness strategies.

  • Final 45-Minute Review & Future Planning Session
    In week 12, we’ll reflect on your progress, refine your strategies, create a clear roadmap for continued success after the program. We’ll also discuss whether any ongoing support would be beneficial and whether further support with a continuation program would be the right next step for your continued progress.

  • Personalised Nutrition and Lifestyle Recommendations
    Targeted support for gut health, inflammation, nutrition and overall wellbeing, based on your unique needs.

  • Resources & Tools

    Practical handouts, symptom trackers and habit-building support to help you implement sustainable changes with confidence.

  • 7 hours minimum dedicated clinical time allocated to your case

    Clinical time may include reviewing current research relevant to your health concerns, analysing and interpreting test results (if applicable) within the context of your case, developing personalised resources to support your progress, or meeting with practitioner support to help guide your care.

  • Email support between sessions for quick questions or check-ins

  • Gradual habit integration to help you implement changes over time - reducing overwhelm and making progress feel manageable

  • Access to functional testing

    Functional testing such as a gut microbiome test, SIBO breath test, Organic acid testing or other relevant functional tests, may be recommended when it will help provide a more complete understanding of your health and guide more targeted, personalised recommendations (extensive comprehensive testing is better suited to the 16 week Gut-Inflammation Stabilisation program). Any recommended testing is optional and would involve an additional investment beyond the program fee.

  • Access to practitioner only supplements

    High-quality, targeted practitioner only supplement support may be recommended where appropriate to help support your progress, accelerate results, or ensure you’re meeting key nutrient needs to support your health goals. These are an additional investment beyond the program fee.

  • All consultations are held online via Zoom, so I can support you wherever you are, making the program easy and accessible for your lifestyle. I offer flexible scheduling to fit around your needs and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

Program Outline

Initial 20 minute Strategy Session anytime you’re ready to connect and discuss your needs.

Week 1: Initial 90 minute consultation

Week 3, 5, 7 and 9: 30 minute follow up consultations

Week 12: 45 minute final review and future planning session

After the program: You may choose to continue with additional support if you feel you would benefit from further guidance and accountability. Depending on your progress and goals, a continuation program may be recommended to help you build on your results and continue making meaningful improvements.

It’s ideal for individuals experiencing ongoing digestive symptoms such as IBS, bloating, food sensitivities, recurring flare-ups, or mild inflammatory symptoms who want a realistic and sustainable approach to improving gut health and overall wellbeing.

This program gives us the time to:

  • Improve digestive resilience and symptom management

  • Reduce confusion around food and health choices

  • Create meaningful change without relying on overly restrictive or short-term approaches

For individuals with more complex or long-standing concerns - including autoimmune conditions, significant food reactivity, chronic inflammatory symptoms, extensive restriction history, or symptoms requiring comprehensive functional testing and closer clinical support - the 16-week Gut–Inflammation Stabilisation Program may be a more appropriate fit.
