Comprehensive 60–90 Minute Initial Consultation
We’ll explore your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals in detail. You’ll walk away with a tailored action plan designed to support your individual needs.
Two x 30-Minute Follow-Up Consultations (fortnightly)
These regular check-ins keep you accountable and allow us to fine-tune your plan, troubleshoot any challenges, and build on your progress with evidence-based nutrition and wellness strategies.

Program Outline
Initial 15 minute Wellness investigation anytime you’re ready to connect and discuss your needs.
Week 1: Initial 60-90 minute consultation
Week 3 and 5: 30 minute follow up consultations
Week 8: 45 minute final review and future planning session
After the program: Follow-ups are available anytime you’d like additional support, troubleshooting, or if more time is needed to continue your healing journey and fine-tune your nutrition and wellness approach.
Is This Program Right For You?
If you're navigating more complex or chronic health concerns—such as autoimmune conditions, gut health issues, or may benefit from a temporary elimination diet—the 12-week program may be more appropriate for deeper support and longer-term change.
Many health challenges can be effectively addressed within this 8-week program, and some clients see noticeable improvements in that time. However, for those with significant ongoing or more complex concerns, a longer-term approach and support, like with my 12 week program, is often more beneficial. This allows us the space to explore root causes, problem-solve thoughtfully, and support the body through a deeper process of resetting and restoring balance over time.
However, the 8-week program is an excellent starting point for most people and if you find you’d like to continue beyond the 8 weeks, additional follow-up consultations can be booked anytime.
